Byte Basket sells digital downloadable products (PDF planners, worksheets, printables, and related digital goods). No physical items are shipped.

When you purchase a product from Byte Basket, we grant you a personal, non-transferable license to download and use the file for your own personal (or, where stated, single-business) use. Unless explicitly stated otherwise on the product listing, you may not:

·                     Upload the file to a public platform, marketplace, or file-sharing site

·                     Claim the design or content as your own and resell it ("white-labeling")

·                     Use the product for any unlawful purpose

Violating this license may result in access being revoked and, where applicable, legal action.

3. Orders and Payment

Prices are listed in USD unless otherwise shown at checkout. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice; the price at the time of your order is the price you pay. Payment is processed securely through our third-party payment providers.

4. Digital Delivery

Products are delivered via download link/email immediately after successful payment. It is your responsibility to provide an accurate email address at checkout and to download your files promptly. See our Digital Delivery Policy for details.

5. Accuracy of Product Information

We do our best to describe our products accurately, including page counts, formats, and features. Minor variations between product photos/mockups and the final file (e.g., screen display differences) may occur and do not constitute a defect.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products, including but not limited to reliance on planner content, journaling prompts, or productivity outcomes. All content on byte-basket.com and within our products — including designs, text, layouts, and branding — is owned by Byte Basket and protected by copyright. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
